I was born in Mexico but I am proud of being a Texan bilingual resident. I have live in The Woodlands for more than 10 years and considered myself knowledgeable in this area since I have seen it grow commercially and residentially. I know what buyers are looking for when it comes to real estate.
Before beginning my real estate career I worked for different customer service companies and truly believed that client’s best interest comes first. I also worked as a project controller and know the importance of meeting deadlines and having good negotiation skills to achieve the client’s goals. As an accountant I know how important it is to stay with in a budget.
I experienced the process of moving to a new community and know that adapting to your new environment is not something that happens overnight.
